After spending most of my career on the agency side, 18-months ago I decided to leave the agency life behind and (dare I say it?), move over to the the client side, in the heavily regulated world of financial services. I imagined all the wonderful things I could do when I had 100% of my time to dedicate to one brand. It has been challenging, exciting (and frustrating) even for a seasoned marketer like me, but it has also reinforced how hugely passionate I am about about my field.
From drawing teddy bears for a living, to being the head of marketing at a Fintech start up it’s been an amazing 15 years. The last 6 years of my career have been solely dedicated to the digital world of marketing and advertising. I’ve worked with some amazing brands in both the UK and Canada including Hallmark, Next, and Toyota Canada.
